So say I have a website with a page that updates with every post I make. Yay! Now say that I want to make a secondary page that ALSO has posts that update just like the main page, but a different topic.

...is there a certain plugin for this? (I use Wordpress, if you need to know.) Am I trying to divide by zero?

Also, I am super happy that my town has buried power/phone/cable lines. 3 inches of ice on my front porch and on all the trees.

My best suggestion is to use the categories feature in some way so that all posts tagged as such and such get fed into the content of that particular page.

Something like this, maybe: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/list-category-posts/

I think the Pioneer Woman has several different blogs that have a highly customized RSS feed on the main page. I'm not sure if you need something that heavy duty since it's only one page.

I have a plugin I use to make "category pages" so say posts on one topic go on one page if someone just wants to read on that topic, as opposed to wading through my blog for everything.

Is that what you're looking for? (main blog, all posts, secondary page, filtered posts?)

I haven't read the comments here, but also looks like you may have gotten help already. Wordpress is awesome. There are plugins for just about everything you'd want to do. :)
