I had "made up" cheese enchiladas, after all! (Whole wheat tortillas, sprikled with salsa and jack cheese, nuked for 15 seconds, rolled up and now they're PORTABLE! Whoo!)
You know, I have an aversion to spaghetti, much to the woe of my family. (I think it's because I hated how my mother made it, and then when my step mother made it with RAISINS i just threw in the towel.) In fact, I think Mr. S is going to make spaghetti while I'm gone this weekend. :)
