Yay cooler weather! I took the opportunity to make a batch of Kim Chi (it has to sit out for a couple days, and when it's 104° it ferments way too quickly), and now I have butter softening for Cherry chocolate chip cookies for the mister's lunch bag. I certainly hope summer is well behind us.
That soup sounds absolutely amazing. I have everything on hand except the manchego.
I haven't watched TB yet, but I've been pretty much underwhelmed all season. I guess I should just bite the bullet and get it over with. Man, I shouldn't have to steel myself to watch a freaking TV show...
