Thanks a lot, Rebecca Black, for ruining TGIF. GUYS I AM SO GLAD IT IS FRIDAY. I have a date with the Mr. and we's gonna get our Breadstix steaks on and I get to wear ADORABLE SAILOR PANTS with a cute boat neck white tee and my faaaabulous canvas 4.5" platforms (navy and white stripe) with caramel leather buckle details and I am SO MARY TYLER MOORE I COULD PUKE.

Except for how MTM doesn't puke, because she's a lady. Whatevs, I like being prissy. I MIGHT EVEN WEAR PEARLS. And clutch them. As I use obscene language, just to keep the public on their toes.

Today is the last Glee Recap of Season 1 for the week, and the episode is "Acafellas" and there are so many lulzy and OMG, WHUT moments in it, that it is shameful for you to not click and comment. SHAMEFUL. I know you're clicking and reading, I see the numbers. (Glee recaps are every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) Read all about my shameful Hag Moments in regards to Mercedes thinking Kurt was into her. (Oh, honey. No he isn't.)

Oooh, we're going to add some great shows over the next week and change: True Blood! Dr. Who! Leverage! That's just for starters, whee!

I steam cleaned the kids' carpets yesterday and made them empty the water well to show them HOW DISGUSTING THEY ARE. So far today: things have been put back, shoes have been removed after entering the house, and dishes are being put promptly into the sink. Thank you, dirty water! Now I have to wash the dog's bed and show her how nasty she is, and quit making those cute faces at me IT WON'T WORK. (it totally works.)

Ahaha, my mom only washes the carpets if my sisters and I are emptying the water. Shoes are by the front door unless you're storing them in your room. The kitchen and bathrooms in the house we're living in now are tiled, but as far as dog filth goes, once you've scrubbed dirty cat litter out of textured linoleum, drywall, door frames, and fur, you learn to keep certain things out of the animals' reach. BLERGH.

I hope you had a great time out with the Mr. last night! I am making a note to go check out your recaps of Glee. That show is my fun-lunch-time show that I get to watch without any snarky kids or husband around. (Lunch time being the best time for me to watch such things as I have the house to myself!)

I did! And they're pretty silly, the recaps. Oh, how I love that show. I don't know what's happening, Anne, but I'm writing fic, reading all I can get my hands on, getting icons.. All within the past 2 weeks! I mean, I've been watching it since the very first, but now I'm fannish? LOL.

(I'm kidding about my dog, she's the bestest and never goes potty anywhere but on her three chosen outdoor locations.) But my kids feet apparently drag in all the filth from the world ever. ONE DAY I WILL HAVE NO CARPETS. And there will be much rejoicing (yay!)

I'm glad to hear you're down with the Glee recaps, I'm having a RIDICULOUS amount of time doing them, and not just because I get to justify rewatching the season a million times to make sure I don't miss anything. ;)

Awww, I am sure she is maaaaaahvelous, but she is not you. :( However, I suppose I can be content with this. And really, the first half of the first season of Glee is and, I think, always will be my fave. The characters had so much room to grow, things were so new and the plot made me CARE about it. Also, Tina hadn't been banished to the hinterlands in favor of new and annoying characters....I am looking at you, Lauren. Plus, you know, Mother F'ing SUE. End game.
