Hoarders last night had a change that I did NOT think would come. (Oh the eggs. IDK if y'all have ever been around chickens, but there is nothing more foul that a gone-over egg.) Recap is here, and I started a discussion about how they match up people on the show. Give me your delicious thoughts!

And our insane star of the blog, Liz, has her Spartacus recap up. In the words of the show's actual-facts writer, "By far the most entertaining ones I read every week." Yeah, I'm never going to let it go that Steven DeKnight reads her recaps AS A WAY TO MAKE HIS LIFE BETTER.

And in the "I am certifiable" corner, I was up late last night re-reading "Where There's Smoke" (I couldn't sleep, okay?) and after finding a typo and fixing it here and on AO3, I got a plot bunny for a one-shot about how Blaine felt meeting Kurt. So...I'll be working on that today. Sorry, garden, you can be weeded another time. *head desk* Because I don't have enough to write as it is...

Whoa. I just added up word counts. Not including work on HDJM, I've written 103,000 words this year so far. O_O

The words for the third part of this series I'm writing came to me last nightthis morning at around 1am, and I couldn't sleep until I got them out - one thousand words and an hour and a half later, I finally ran out of steam and went to bed. But it's so exciting! I haven't wanted to write on this series for almost a year, but I've still wanted to finish it, and I am all kinds of revved up now! *twirls*

Meanwhile, I'm kind of glad I'm not hte only person who re-reads her work and finds errors. (I found an uncapitalised i/I in my Sherlock fic last night. And while I debated correcting it, I figured I couldn't be bothered doing it at that second -- and now I can't remember which story it was. At some point, I will make a mental note to at least fix it on AO3 because that's very little pain.)

Hopefully my beta will think so! She's cracking the whip on me to focus on this one behemoth I've been writing for about two months now (I'm so ready to wrap that one up, damn. It's already longer than WTS. Because I'm an idiot.)

I DO IT, YES. After a few weeks, I go back and read things over to make sure, because it just happens, right? Ahaha, I'm so sorry to laugh at you forgetting it, but that is JUST what would happen to me if I didn't get up immediately and make repairs. I would totally forget where/which/what.
