stoney321It's been a whirlwind for the past 24 hours with no sign of a slow down yet.
Good: lots of productive writing happening, both for me and for some show plans
Awesome: production meeting about funding today for the gardening show (yay!)
Bad, No Good, Terrible: Ladybug, the BFF's red heeler, who was a tremendous friend and pal, who had the best manners of any dog ever, and was a sweet little nugget that would sigh once she got her nose on my leg and grunt as she stretched her short little legs out knowing I'd give them rubs, died suddenly from cancer late in the night. She goes to join Doc under the live oak at the farm, and there's nothing worse than trying to console someone over the phone as their best pal dies in their arms, let me just tell you.
