Wellll, one thing about Adderall/Ritalin and ADD/ADHD - which I am sure you know well by now - is that when you are undiagnosed and unmedicated, you are often depressed and listless and quiet and kind of fucking angry all the time because your brain is plotting against you 90% of the time. So when you finally ARE medicated, you can SEEM hyperactive because for the first time in your life you are functioning like the rest of the world and not like A Crazy Person. It's like this huge fucking weight has been lifted off your shoulders and you can finally just BE.
So yeah, to outsiders it can seem like the meds make you more hyper but really it's just making you more able to keep up with your own mind. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT OUR MINDS ARE FASTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE'S.
