Number Two: BETH. You were right. I ♥ the new show Hex on the BBC. OooooOooooh. I did fall asleep, but that was due to my lack of sleep over the weekend. Anyone out there enjoying Hex? I've only seen the 2 hour premiere and I am HOOKED. (good production values, and the storyline is gooooood.)

Number Three: it is HOOOOOOT. this may be the sixth day of straight triple digits, and I am melting. This is late July weather in June! *cries* Now I really have to get up super early so I can exercise before the world becomes an oven. Bonus: margaritas and mojitos are more thirst-quenching now. The mint syrup is currently chillling in my fridge. PARTY ON.

I watched the first half of the first episode, but then it was bedtime. It seems good, but not as sophisticated as Buffy. Still, I will persevere, because hello -- lesbians, ghosts, and British boarding schools! And that girl who's exactly like Cordelia!

When I downloaded Scrubs, I could only get it a season at a time, unfortunately. And after I watch stuff, I delete it off my computer. Sorry.

Yeah, I'd agree with the non-sophisticated re: Buffy, but then, I've only seen the first ep, so I may be pleasantly surprised. But it's still good on it's own merit. Cordelia! And she's eeeeeevil.

Haha!!! There was only one moment of "huh?" on the subways for me, I'll say. But everyone had that same look, so it may have been the speakers.

The best public transit system I've ever been on is in Germany. DUDE. Ze precision und ze clarity of ze spheakers ist vunderbah.

(And I was pleased with how effecient and clean the NYC subway system was!)

I didn't know about Hex until now, it looks interesting! The BBCA apparently ran the premier three times but I missed all of them. I'll watch the new ep on Thursday and catch up in reruns whenever.

You are getting every extra degree of warmth that we lacked the last couple of weeks, when we were so damp and cold and miserable. We saved them all up and sent them to you. Aren't we sweet? :-P

I could not STFU during our Hex screening. I was all OMG CASSIE YOU ARE SUCH A CUNT TO THELMA, LOOK HOW AWFUL YOU ARE and THELMA'S HOT and OH SHIT A GHOST. I kept burrowing into Beth's couch during some of the more edit-heavy spooooky moments, though there was a big guffaw all around when that spoooooky door creaked.

Whoa - now *that's* bizarre. I downloaded S1 as a pack on BitTorrent last year, and 1x20 is the only one that's missing now that I dig up the discs.

You are in luck, however. I currently have the S1 DVDs borrowed from a friend, and so I can try to rip this ep for you. Don't worry about paying me back - just pay it forward some day! Put this one out there on the networks for other desperate souls *g*
