stoney321In regards to the new splooge about how LJ is actually dirtyrotten liars about what consitutes obscenity and their threatening to bahleet people again (I won't link to the post because there are officially Deathly Hallows spoilers over there) a community was created to defeat them at their own ridiculous word game:

Feel free to join - they're citing the Millers Test as their (shaky) ground, and that's based on what COMMUNITY DECREES IS OBSCENE. Well. We'll just have to tell them, won't we? Please pimp this comm!! (And note that Butler v. Michigan states that indecency standards cannot be applied to PRINTED TEXT. It's logical that electronic text follows.)
