So Robert Goulet died. And all I can think of (aside from his brief appearance on Alice ahahaha) is my beloved Will Ferrell sending him up. Red Ships of Spain, y'all. (I want to feel your gentle kisses in my chest hair.)

I've officially signed up for NaNoWriMo (as Stoney321 because I'm clever) but you will not be pestered here by my word count, my spazzing, my freak-outs, so don't worry. I know y'all don't care about that stuff. :) For those that want a group that's a) for multiple projects, not just one project and 2) where it is private to flail and encourage each other, check out Entre's support comm wordcount_nano. Check out the user info for rules, etc.

I'm disappointed I didn't find a power suit and short red wig - I wanted to go as Tammy Fae Messner (dead, natch.) Bah. Probably end up as Zombie!Stoney, which... not too lame. I hope...

Just so you're aware, I'm not going to be sharing my NaNo project with the public. I'm going to be discussing it at the comm I linked to, and am only using the NaNo site as a word count location.

Mmm, baking. That reminds me, I need to make muffins today!

No problem. I've applied to the comm myself, just waiting for a response...I won't say a word... as for the nano counter, I've found that I am really competitive when it comes to word count during November and the more buddies on my list that keep an actual count the more it spurs me to write.

I am sad about Robert Goulet. All evidence points to him being a decent man, and he was part of the most recent Emerald Nuts ad campaign (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPtpo1OuYcs). The idea being that you ate a handful of Emeral Nuts to stay awake--and keep Robert Goulet from sneaking into your office and "messing with your stuff." Color me half a neuron short of a full circuit, but the campaign made me smile.

Hooray for costumes! This'll be the second year I am costumeless. Also, partyless. No celebrating for me. I are boring.

If it's not too much of a pain in the ass to edit, you might want to mention that the community is intended especially for people working on multiple projects. I'm not rejecting people who want to work on single projects, but I just don't want to disappoint anyone hoping to find a group of people also working on the more traditional NaNo 50K novel(la) when it's more of the multiple-project crowd.

Oh, that's WONDERFUL!! She does such amazing work. I think she's the one that did the trio at lunch in the Great Hall, one picture for every year. It was so wonderful.
