I've just had to clean out 300 spambot comments to my LJ. I'm not getting comment notifications to anything legitimate, so I'm just giving up.

I've had to tighten security on commenting here to control my blood pressure. You'll be able to comment to posts, you'll just have to use a CAPTCHA verification if you're not on my friends list. This is just over the weekend, I hope, to get my username off whatever list is creating all of these bogus fishing journals.

Been busy, been sad, been busy, haven't been here, getting my ducks in a row, etc. etc. Be back around here soon.

Odd, huh - I've had a bunch of spambots friend me, but no bogus comments. I guess I just don't have a high enough comment volume to trip their meter. Sometimes it pays to be unpopular. ;)
