What is it with these mediocre books making loads of money, making a splash and getting made into movies? I had DaVinci Code on for an hour before I realized that though there was a lot - I mean A LOT - of talking, nothing was happening and I still didn't get what the Big Secret was supposed to be. Other than what it actually was, which they were telegraphing like crazy from the get-go.

(not that I read the books. Your word is good enough.)
