Meet Hi Dolla. Hi Dolla looks like the love child of Kendra Wilkinson and Anna Nicole Smith. It follows that I therefore am strangely attracted to her persona. I don't know if I should laugh at or marvel with this chick. I mean, let's face it, this chick has FLOW. No, she does. [It's disheartening to see the negative comments because she's a) overweight and b) white and c) has blinged toofs. Eh, it's the look, yo, and big girls are hot.]
I do wish she would take those stupid red and blue extensions out of her hair. (And now I keep singing "Lady Ess Oh Veeeeeeeeee!" for some inexplicable reason.) One thing is for certain, I ain't never seen a girl like that before. Lol.
Okay. *hand clap* I have fabric for the kimono, I have sushi for my lunch, and I have a soundtrack in the background. Time to knock out some bidness. (And I'm taking pictures of the costume process like last time, for those interested. Wheee!) (And Oprah doesn't air until 4pm here, so I won't know about the Sister Wives interview until later. NO SPOILERS OMG! )

Date: 2010-10-14 05:55 pm (UTC)Not much charisma/dancing, but the flow is definitely good stuff.
And WTF she is not even that fat. That is like normal range fat, not negative comments fat! >:I (Or maybe living in the South means I'm used to it and I should be more understanding of the poor ignorant Yankees who don't have body diversity or something :V )

Date: 2010-10-14 07:10 pm (UTC)I don't like the teeth thing, though, mostly 'cause i see them on anybody and my first thought is 'ack, bad dental work!' and then 'ack, braces!' I'm not a fan of stuff on the teeth.
Haters gotta hate, i guess - not one of 'em would have the testicles to do what she's doing, though.

Date: 2010-10-14 09:22 pm (UTC)ION, Stoney, I have cooked myself a PRETTY OKAY dinner without disasters and it's good (I always think of you when I add fresh herbs to stuff), and I seeeem to be learning that although it's boring, if I cook in VARIATIONS while I can still remember what-worked-last time, I do end up eating similar meals on the trot BUT their average edibility soars. If that makes sense. So, like, same-based-pasta-sauce with different things added each time.
AND my girlfriend arrives in Ox to spend the weekend tomorrow. So it's all good.

Date: 2010-10-14 09:28 pm (UTC)MMM, HERBS. I just planted my shallots and garlic for next year, in fact. I posted a FABULOUS (and relatively fool proof) recipe for a pasta sauce that is made of roasted butternut/acorn squash, Parmesan, garlic, and a splash of cream. Easy and looks like you worked hard. :D

Date: 2010-10-14 09:31 pm (UTC)Oooooh. I am finding lately shallots/onions do NOT agree with me unless they're really really fried down soft (OH NO, to have to eat yummy fried onions...), but I am all over garlic. I want to get some plants but our new supermarket in Ox was doing end-of-day discounts on massive bags of herbs so I just bought LOADS, chucked them in (basil-heavy, yay!) and made lots of sauce to keep.
I will check out that recipe! My flat is pretty... diverse in terms of diet and cooking ability. I am good at cleaning up and being enthusiastic when people say HERE SOPHIE EAT SOME OF THIS.

Date: 2010-10-14 09:33 pm (UTC)Oh, that is the saddest thing EVER! I love onions. BUT. Caramelized onions are even better, too. (And you can grow garlic in pots, btw.)
LOOK AT YOU ALL GROWNUP AND DOING THINGS ON YOUR OWN. <3
