Tonight is a big night for me work- (and enjoyment) -wise - two hours of Glee, and they look hilarious already. NO SPOILERS, OMG.

I did want to announce that the Bachelorette is back on HDJM, so your Tuesday mornings will be assured of a chuckle. How Mel can continue to love that show... Hahaha. Whatever, I don't judge. I loved Jersey Shore, I have no shame.

But I wanted to post here two fics that I really wish you'd read and leave comments (you'll want to, even if it's just "thank you" - trust.)

Hoppoplla (But You Are Standing) which is a love song to Glee, for the good things it did for the kids, the safe haven it provided. Lovely, and everything these two writers turn out are of an excellent quality that should be encouraged, imo.

I had a quick question: are you still taking submissions for additional authors at HDJM? I noticed you don't have anybody recapping Hawaii 5-0, and if there was ever a TV show that said, "Hey, don't judge me!" it's that one. If so, I'd like to send you a recap to see if I'd be a good fit.

Man am I uber excited that's being covered again by Ms. Francis. Hilarious? Definitely. Not sure why I never had a tolerance for sitting through entire episodes of that before, but somehow the recaps take on a life of their own and become WAY more than the show ever could; a place where a dorky Oregonian's "Hey, I'm Prince Charming. Wanna try on this slipper?" becomes a moment where a dude, who's perhaps not in touch with reality, gets the Bachelorette to slip into stripper heels. What's not to love?
