WHEE!! The Walking Dead premiered last night, and I took over the recaps (our former writer has left) and I AM EXCITE. Guys, y'all know this is my wheelhouse. Come talk to me!

Also up: Torchwood (every Friday!) and SPN. Oh, I love you, TV. :D

This is a glorious week for me, because Friday I am winging my way to California for a Writer's Retreat (5 whole days!) with flaming_muse, and we're going to meet up with bdbdb and we have Sooper Secret Events that I am looking forward to, and just... BOY DO I NEED A VACATION. \o/

I'm putting a place-holder here for some gardening pics, because I spent Saturday ripping out craziness and replanting things as the Big Overhaul of 2012 continues. <3

I'm still in the middle of season 2, but right now I just...hate...everybody. I don't want to spill spoilers in case anyone is viewing netflix like I am. Always a year behind!

I think that was a common complaint in S2 - hating everyone but Daryl Dixon. HE IS A DELIGHT AND A WONDER AND THAT NEVER STOPS BEING TRUE.

Awesome recap!!! (loved the Country Roads reference! One of my favorite songs from living in NC) My husband and I were pumped AND did you guys get the zombie run ad at the end!? We're totally going to do it next July. We started our first couch to 5k thing today! YAY!

Hi, Stoney! I've been reading your blog for awhile (ever since you did that epic post on Twilight and Mormonism - it was AMAZING!) and I'm a huge fan of HDJM (I cannot truly appreciate an episode of Game of Thrones until I've read your re-cap!). There's a show that I've been watching that I would just LOVE to see on HDJM, and I was wondering if you beautiful people over there were open to suggestions? I'm feeling secondhand joy for you and FM and simultaneously feeling sheer panic at the thought of you two being offline for a week. (But you didn't say that, so maybe you will toss a few crumbs to your poor, desperate flist from the wilds of California.) I could be envious of your retreat, but I choose to be inspired, instead.
