But I will not eat all the things. (I just really want to.)

I would like to personally thank [livejournal.com profile] elizardbits for introducing me (she doesn't know this) to Scorpion Pushups (watching the lady in the video actually do them instead of just the instruction starts at 2 min). Because this just kicked my P90X to the next level. (I'm on core synergistics week, and it's boring because I've done it so many times, so this was a delightful way to change things up.) Also? I'm kind of bad ass at them. I managed 30 before I started cracking up at how my arms were shaking.

I am cold and cannot seem to get warm. If someone could get on a blanket made of puppies and kittens, or a robe-type garment out of that material, I'd appreciate it.

Amazon delivered my new music stand, shoulder rest, and some sheet music today and I am looking forward to an epic afternoon of Hot Cross Buns on my newly restored violins. (Lol.) Wow, the muscle memory for viola isn't quite the same for violin. I'm constantly sharp on everything. HEY ISN'T THAT INTERESTING GUYS?

GUYS?

HELLO? I WANT FRIES WITH CHEESE AND BACONS AND A NEW UTERUS. If someone could be a dear and help me out, that would be greaaaat.

This post brought to you by my fuzzy brain that is incapable of doing anything else, apparently. WHY ME NO BRAIN DUM DUM?

Those push-ups look AMAZING. And also even at my most fit I would have fallen over doing them, but hey, laughing at yourself is a good work-out, too!

EAT FOODS. This will help your brain, too!

The Mr. gave me an impressed noise, which shocked me (because I didn't know he was home) and that made me all giggly and then I stopped. But I looked (in my mind) totally bad ass while doing them. :D

I HAVE EATEN! I am now in search of something sweet, because I want chocolate and brownies and ice cream and toffees and cake and pie and...

You so silly.

Actually when I got the notice that you had an entry up (I have been slacking on reading, so LJ alerts me when folks I lurve/stories I am making grabby hands for post) titled, "I want to eat all the things!" I thought to myself, "So do I, but I'll be doing my very slow don't wake the beast monster exercises and she'll be all PX90 is MINE, BEGONE FRIES, and look, so many bits of mah sarcasm is true!

Next time I see you, I'm gonna do the imitation of the kids downstairs from our first apartment sawing away at "twinkle twinkle little star." It's awesome. Have a great time playing, bb.

Cold? thyroid? I know you just got checked out, though, because I'm creepy and remember things like your doc asking if you'd become a pro athlete.

Edited, because, srsly spellcheck?

AHAHAHA. YOU. WERE. RIGHT.

We have a cold front moving through, and I have very thin blood because I am a hot-weather climate kind of girl. I am a TOTAL BABY about being cold. And thank you for thinking of me checking my thyroid! That's a problem in my family, actually. It seems to have skipped me, though, which is GREAT.

EVERYTHING HERE IS AIR CONDITIONED. It's almost against the law to sell a car without A/C, seriously.

But ooooooh, I love hot hot hot skin and baking and warmth and diving into a pool and hhave a margarita and then being warm all over, YES, PLEASE!!

I can handle it if there is a pool to trail my foots in, or a drink to press against my jugular, or a breeze. A friend of mine goes to Burning Man, which sounds incredible until I think "extreme dry heat" and flip out a little.

I want to see the newly restored violins! I saw them before they got fixed, I don't think I saw them after.

That's because I haven't posted pics of them, yet! I'm waiting on a custom bow to complete the set (the original bows are long gone, so I just had dumpy factory-churned out bows.)

*wriggles with excitement*

Those fries sound tasty, I'd love some too!

I wonder if you can post a recording of your violin playing? Total lack of tech knowledge here but it seems like it should be possible. In any case let us see some pictures of the cherished violins!

OMG, that's an actual thing here: hand-cut fries, all salty and garlicky and lots of pepper with cheddar melted all over them and bacon sprinkled on them (and jalapenos, too!) YUMMY.

When I can get back some of my old skill, I'll definitely post something! I haven't played in so long, I'm ridiculously rusty.

I just like being fit, really. I love being able to do pull ups and push ups and climb mountains and haul heavy stuff. It makes me feel good about me. *shrug* I'm dorky. :D

Damn. Just...damn those are freaking amazing and impressive! I will have to save those for later. When I suck less. Far...far...less.

I'm so excited about your music stand! Here, for when you are bored with the Western world. These are fun. I admit I'm writing a paper on the whole thing, so I have been forcing them on all the string players I know. Which...you are now one of. so...hah

Beautiful stuff. Fun stuff.

I can't get you a new uterus, but you can have a woomba.

Oooh, a blanket of puppies or kittens. Kittens, please, and they should form the blanket by consensus, and then fall asleep whilst purring, and then play with me after I'm warm and comfy again.

I have all the things - roasted cabbage, roasted beets, baked ziti, muffalletta getting squished for supper, mofongo - but none of the things sound like they'd be good together and there is not enough room in the fridge to make more things to make a meal! Why have I been filling my fridge so willy and nilly? Because I cook when it it cold!!

Did you get those winds yesterday? Fifty mile per hour gusts off and on all day. Why, yes, part of the patio roof flew off and hit our sliding glass door with a remarkably scary metal vs. glass screech and scared the beejeezers out of me while the mister was off with our brewing club. Why oh why did I stay home and have five years shaved off my life?

This post brought to you by I wish I had baked cookies instead of roasted vegetables.

Also, enjoy your violins. I'm just glad I don't have to listen to "Hot Cross Buns" all afternoon.

I never did Insanity, so I don't know. I love P90X. TurboFire is awesome, too. Super focused on cardio and fat burn, not body sculpting like the others.

Michonne totally does scorpion pushups. ;-)

Me, I will use my rotator cuff/bicep tendonitis as a convenient excuse.

Ooo, what music stand did you get? I want to get back to playing my viola and I don't have my folding stand anymore (my brother took it to college and it's disappeared). I would be interested in getting one for myself!
