According to the LJ FAQ, .ogg files are more layered than .wav, meaning: better quality. I'm nothing if not quality! Ha ha. I'm also a liar.

And I love WinAmp Have used it (almost exclusively) for 8 years. I like the streaming media, read: radio stations. Whee!
