WHEEEEEEEEEEE!

First day of school. My house is quiet. I AM FREEEEEE!!! Okay, Emily is still home, but she's quiet and independent, so it feels like I'm free. In honor of my joy, I have uploaded a few happy songs for everyone. Tell me if they run out and I'll put them back up. Here, here, or here.

Song list:
1. Linus & Lucy, Vince Guiraldi Trio

10 things that make me happy:

POSTCARD!!!! Roger, wilco. And you got #s 6 and 9....

Ooo, Vince Guiraldi Trio! ::hearts you:: I like your happy meme - I'll have to come up with 10 things for myself.

#3 - Silence of the Lambs.
#5 sounds like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I feel like I should know #6, but I can't place it.

Yes to both, but do you know the movie on #5? ;-D

Tee hee!! YES.

1) "Blazing Saddles" (total cheat, 'cause we say that all the time)
8) Uh, "Valley Girl"? Kinda vague there
10) "Seven" (greatest Brad Pitt quote besides "Get out of my chair!" from 12 Monkeys)

Love the new layout

Stoney time!!! You can get personal with yo-self. I have dialed down the bitch factor. Now I'm just horny and frustrated. What? No one sees this but you and me.

<-- did you see what Kathy made me? HEEEEE!

HEEE!! Yes on all three, BTW. The new layout is making me pleased. Greeeeeeeen. It stormed like a SUMbitch last night. This morning's walk was like opening an oven door and climbing into the jello mold mistakenly put in there. Minus the pears.

Valley Girl is the greatest love story ever told:
"JULIE!!! You're just saying that because of your friends!!"
"Like, I'm sure!!"

But the soundtrack!! Or, as I like to call it, Spander. Snerk!

Kathy's the coolest. Her kitty's sick. *cries*

Btw, I am organizing a Roller Disco party in your journal some night this week or next. You, me, Winter, Entre, Dovil, Vin, whoever. Drinks, snacks, music, and let the randomness begin. Feel free to randomly invite people.

I'm going to use this icon now! And how can you guess 1 but not 2???

Yes! It is the beginning of my vacation! Heeee!! I just spent a solid hour in my garden, pruning, shaping, etc., and didn't have a single child yell at me because so-and-so did such-and-such or be interrupted by screaming, questions...

Ahhhhhhhhh.

*hugs you*

Hi Stoney, hi!

I'm not even guessing. Except the one that sounds like Pee-Wee's Big Top. Because I have cramps and I'm cranky.

But I'm happy to hear that you're freeeeeeee!!!!

Hiya, Tootsie! Man, I started a week early (are YOU the boss of me???) and even that can't dampen my spirits today...

And WHICH one sounds like Big Top? Sorry, no quotes, but I could go on and on with anything Pee Wee related.

*offers you salt lick and chocolate and lower back massage*

#4, but I guess it's not?

Salt lick, yay! I just ate a handful of salt & vinegar chips. Nummy.

And yes, I'm pulling you into my cycle. **reschedules everyone**

Hey, me, too!!! I announced to Caza that I was late (never a shocking event, but something I often announce) so that I would, of course, start the next day. Stoney said that was talent. So I think I have used my Moon Goddessness to make you both my menses mamas. This is perhaps the most TMI-y and disturbing comment I've ever made...

WHY DON'T YOU KNOW #2?? Or any of the others?????

Psst: MONGO. Go, my fruend. Guess.

There's 2 "Blazing Saddle" refs? I don't remember that one. Nope, no anal warts. But amusingly, there was a herpes public service announcement during the broadcast of the Pam Anderson roast. Heh.

Heee, which of us pwns the others? It's so hard to say!

In a related story, I woke up this morning wanting to eat an entire box of chilled twinkies. Thankfully we have no twinkies in the house. Doesn't that sound good though?

I will always choose Ding Dongs over Twinkies (well, that sounds like a lifestyle choice, but no.) Chocolate! Ding Dongs are the only packaged snack cake I like. And I lurve them. But I'm weird - I like nothing cakelike chilled. Well, except - *chases you with cheesecake and mocks your squeals of terror*

2. Sheriff Bart. After the candygram for Mongo.
4. Glen. T-I-G! E-R! As in 'to swing'. Now take that diaper off your head and put it back on your sister!

Hey! Glad you in a great mood! It was good to see ya Saturday, apres your stint at the House of Death. And I'll elaborate more on this in a bit, but I *LOVE* my coat.

Have you been following the Collin County expose? Even Jacquelyn Floyd chimed in today. How unusual for her!

Where have you been???? It's raining here. For days. When are you going to have a buying trip so that I can buy you a drink at Flips??? Okay, too much punctuation? Right. Come baaaack!

Hey Girl!!! I'm rushing around getting ready to go out of town right this minute...but sadly, not to OKC...YET. We're going to Vancouver for a week. And guess what color my toenails are in preparation???? Yup! Sorry about the rain. It's been that way here, too.
And I happen to like a lot of punctuation, myself. Yes, I do!!!!
Anyway, Hi! And good to see you, Sue!

I LOVE YOU. Yes. YAY!!!! Isn't that article FASCINATING??? THAT right there, THAT is why we moved to McKinney instead of the house we found in Plano. Like I want to find my kid recovered after an OD in the hosptial. Do you remember the rash of heroin use a few years back? Did you see thatpercentage of how many kids have their own no-limit credit cards?

Christ. Bunch of tools in Plano. Frisco's turning into the same.

Date: 2005-08-17 09:06 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] somecandytalkin.livejournal.com
That IS over the top. I'm glad you don't live in Plano, either. SHEEESH! It would eat your soul. YOUR VERY SOOOOUL!!!! I feel sorry for the guy who went into bankruptcy and had to drive a volvo instead of a mercedes and was worried about what the neighbors would think..

Good God!

Hey, I'm packing for my trip and guess what loveley set of beauty stuff I'm packin'? Yes! It's your gift from StoneyWars. I'll think of you every time I shower. Are you getting turned on? I am.

Anyway, I LOVE YOU TOO!

Oh, man the spa-day b-days for 11 year olds?? The hell? I hope those folks don't wonder why their kids have a problem with heroin... That's a bit like it was in Lake Highlands when I grew up there. Kids with money, no parents around, and parties all the time. It's a wonder more kids didn't end up dead or in jail. Yeeesh.

You'll be lemonriffic! Have a great time, and we need to get together when you come back!

I'm absolutely horrible with these things. Don't know any of them, except for the Han Solo one.

Well, since he's wearing black (Spock, I mean), it'll be hard to see what's going on down there. Maybe Fergie can help him out on that.

Thanks for all your help! Before i posted to LJ, i found these gardening boards and had posted my query there as well. Something someone came up with was Carex Morrowii "Evergold " or Japanese grass. The former which really seems to resemble it. Not sure what, going to check them all out.
