*yaaaaaaaaaawn*
Oct. 10th, 2008 10:13 amGuys, I just got up. Thank goodness The Boy doesn't have early morning cross country on Fridays, or I'd be in Horrible Mother zone. I guess I was a hell of a lot more tired after this week than I realized. (Um, the Mr. came home last nigh from a business trip, so we don't have a repeat of "nutella in a bag" for lunch, or something. I think. At least I know everyone bathed last night...)
I'm all out of sorts and zombiefied (sans a liking for braaaaaains) so I want to do a random poll. --O-- (I'm too tired to put my arms all the way up.)
[Poll #1276146]
germaine_pet is in town on business so we're hanging out tonight with tequila, good food, and loads of smart and funny conversation, because Lynne is awesome. So I've got that going for me, which is nice. *streeeeeeetch*
[eta] All the nos to Writercon are making me sad in my heart-meat.

Date: 2008-10-10 03:50 pm (UTC)I wish I could go back to bed. I have to be up by 8 tomorrow, which is normal, but I like the option of laying in bed doing nothing you know? But places to be, things to do.

Oooh, I like the option of sleeping in, too, and Sunday is my only day that it's feasible. I have to be up at 6 tomorrow as The Boy has a meet at 7am. *cries* Let's take an afternoon nap. I'll arrange the pets, you slip in and spoon, k?

In conclusion: WAFFLES.

Julia, and the beef market makes the stock market look sane and I'm tired of half angus calves and no purebred replacement heifers.

Kindle reading: the new edition of "The World Is Flat," Slaughterhouse Five, a mess of Discworld books (like, all of them - converted files, ahem) and I just dl'd "Generation Kill."
What about you? Does there need to be an email with an attachment? *shifty eyes*

ETA that I was thinking about the Nutella-in-a-baggie incident just the other day as I scrabbled around desperately for child lunch items on grocery day.

Corny dogs! That is all.
