stoney321I love novelty tees. LOVE THEM. Some of my favorites I can't wear in public. So let's make them icons! (Most slogans from bustedtees.com or teeshirthell.com.) ...and LJ's upserpic page has SUCKED lately.

And LJ is a DOUCHE. A journal was completely obliterated without notice, claiming it was an impersonation, which fall under "abuse" and isn't tolerated. !!!!

Date: 2007-01-24 04:24 pm (UTC)There WERE disclaimers. It's just a clusterfuck. They've (the LJ abuse team) have stated that they consider it an impression, meant to BE that person, which is in direct violation.
I'm counting on the fact that our community was a PARODY that it will be safe. But I'm not taking chances. And yeah - evidently what drew the attention to the abuse team was that "character" posting fanfic. :/

also, i'm working on an 'i hate my boss and wish he would die' mix and was wondering if you had any song recommendations. the first disc of the mix is all about the hate and rage, the second disc is more about the 'ha ha i'm leaving, you fucker' factor of quitting a job where they desperately need you but treat you like poo.
you have super interesting and varied musical tastes so if you have any thoughts i'd appreciate them.

("Having to reply within two minutes to whatever was just said to your character? What? Huh? But how do you avoid stupid lines like...'::walks into a room:: Hi'?" Answer: you don't. ;-))
That really sucks about the deletion thing, though! ::is |this| close to flocking all fic::

I think it's a matter of whether the attention of the PTB is drawn to it, in spite of all the disclaimers and warnings the writers faithfully put on their work. I am pessimistic about that. Especially when it comes to erotic fanfic. Copyright infringement is one thing that will make Six Apart go kablooey, but then there's the pornographic element... I just worry. Perhaps unnecessarily.
