Done.

Hahahaha, that's the one that I made up, too. HEE!!

There was going to be an alternate version, that didn't have the word "signed" and the addition in (): see how important punctuation is?

WHEE!!

And LJ is a DOUCHE. A journal was completely obliterated without notice, claiming it was an impersonation, which fall under "abuse" and isn't tolerated. !!!!

How is it considered "abuse" if the person impersonated (say, Oprah) doesn't know about it and therefore, cannot complain about it? I could see LJ deleting a specific journal if Oprah discovered it and complained but without that complaint? Makes me a little (read: A LOT) leery of what else LJ could deem as "abuse." Were there disclaimers and everything and LJ *still* deleted the journals?

Lord, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a crackdown on fanfic now because I can totally see LJ pulling the dick move of "copyright infringement = abuse = DELETION."

Apparently, this particular journal was turned in for abuse, so... there goes the whole trust the community thing. :|

There WERE disclaimers. It's just a clusterfuck. They've (the LJ abuse team) have stated that they consider it an impression, meant to BE that person, which is in direct violation.

I'm counting on the fact that our community was a PARODY that it will be safe. But I'm not taking chances. And yeah - evidently what drew the attention to the abuse team was that "character" posting fanfic. :/
